After a long career of practicing medicine and helping many physicians grow successful careers, I retired clinically.    In the current healthcare environment, physicians seeking to practice medicine with the traditional sacred quality find the system is less and less honoring of their critical role.   It is my hope that as a group, we physicians can regain the leadership needed to provide the kind of care patients desire and need.
